rnp_load_keys — Load keys from PHP string

Note that for G10, the input must be a directory (which must already exist).

ffi: L'objet FFI retourné par rnp_ffi_create.
format: Le format de clé pour la donnée (GPG, KBX, G10).
input: OpenPGP packets containing key(s) to be loaded. Can be either binary or ASCII armored.
flags: Voir la description des drapeaux RNP_LOAD_SAVE_*.

Returns true on success ou false si une erreur survient.
